Bard Electrophysiology Product Information – Effective September 1, 2013

On June 28, 2013, C. R. Bard, Inc. (BARD) announced that it entered into an agreement to sell certain assets of its Electrophysiology Division to Boston Scientific.

Starting September 1st, Temporary Pacing Electrodes will be supported and distributed by Bard Medical Division rather than Bard Electrophysiology Division. This change will have no impact to your current contracted pricing, product end item number or product description and will not cause interruption to supply.
